The Insurance verification can take up to 24 hours to verify. The verification needs to be completed  prior to appointment.  In the event that the verification has not been completed at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time, you will be notified and will be requested to reschedule the appointment.

All insurance payments and billing are done through Headway, Grow, or Alma. Any issues regarding this should be addressed with Headway, Grow, or Alma   

You will receive an email from the Headway, Grow, or Alma  prior to our first session where you enter your payment information and verify your insurance information.
